Sessions are 90 mins each.

I offer in-person sessions in and around Farnham and Winchester (business-based) or the City of London.
I’m also happy to come to your home or place of business (travel charges apply). If you're based outside the UK, travel costs (flights, accommodation, transportation) will be covered by you.
For your convenience, I also provide virtual coaching via Teams, Zoom, or WhatsApp, no matter where you are.

Absolutely. Your coaching sessions are completely confidential. We create a safe, judgment-free space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and challenges, and everything discussed remains between us unless you choose to share it. Please see privacy statement for more info.

To get started, simply reach out through the contact page to schedule a consultation. We’ll discuss your goals, assess how coaching can benefit you, and determine the best approach moving forward. You will fill out a short pre-coaching questionnaire which normally speeds up the process and then schedule in our first session.

Coaching costs vary based on your needs and the type of coaching required. For example:
Students with minor coaching needs: £60-80 per session
Career coaching (medium scale): £120-180 per session
Couple relationship coaching: £120-200 per session
Executive/CEO/COO coaching (high scale, leadership/business): £220-300 per session
Each session is tailored to your specific goals and challenges, so the final cost will depend on the level of support needed.
